I believe that therapy should be collaborative, after all, you are the expert on your own life. During sessions I will offer my expertise to shape our work around your goals and needs.
I often work with clients who want to work on their relationships- with themselves, with their family, significant others, or substances. By building these relationships to being more meaningful and intentional, my clients often feel more connected, understood, and empowered. Along the way we may work on anxiety, depression, self-worth, trauma, communication, and boundaries.
Many couples come to counseling because they are unsure how their relationship got to its current state. This can look many ways, maybe you keep having the same argument, feel that important issues never get resolved, or struggle to find a romantic connection to your partner. You don’t have to settle for feeling stuck, detached, or distant in your relationships.
My passion is helping couples, just like you, rediscover a sense of partnership, love and connection. In our work together, we will work towards creating a more secure bond that moves your relationship in a positive direction.
